Current Opportunities:

IT Service Catalog Manager:

Atlanta based consulting position with opportunity to become permanent. The successful candidate will have experience building and managing IT service catalogs in a large multi location environment.

Job Duties:

The IT Service Catalog Manager will be accountable for producing, administering, managing, and maintaining the IT Service Catalog.

- Communicate with internal business units to discuss, document and review changes, issues or updates to services needing alteration, deletions or additions to the catalog

- Map and categorize all technology within IT Service Catalog framework

- Develop and implement detailed workflows and procedures for inputting and updating service information within the catalog

- Confirm that all the information within the IT Service Catalog is accurate, up-to-date and consistent with the information within the Service Portfolio

- Ensure that the information within the IT Service Catalog is adequately secured and highly available

- Responsible for ensuring that the IT Service Catalog Management Process is implemented and performed according to the agreed upon and documented bylaws

- Manage all required training for employees with duties including regular maintenance of the catalog

- Produce metrics detailing key performance indicators and effectiveness of the IT Service Catalog

- Perform analysis of current service catalog tools and others available in the marketplace

Minimum Qualifications:
The IT Service Catalog Manager position requires professional experience adequate to provide IT service offerings through an electronic catalog.

To be considered for this position, your resume must demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

EXPERIENCE

- Prior professional experience producing, managing and maintaining an online IT service catalog

- Ability to create metrics  reports to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of customer experiences

- Experience with training of staff on the use and benefit of catalog technology

KNOWLEDGE

- An understanding of the Windows distributed application environments and methods for providing the day-to-day management of the development, control, and promotion IT services

- Must be familiar with technologies and management principals used in supporting IT service catalogs

SKILLS IN

- Assessing, modifying, and managing business and technical plans

- Technical skills sufficient to perform catalog tools comparisons and

- Oral and written communication sufficient to build working relationships with varying goals

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and procedures to technical and non-technical personnel

- Performing succinct presentations to an audience of various levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

- A minimum of three years advanced professional experience, as indicated above

- BA/BS

- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL or product management methodologies

Education:
